Cancellation Policy and Worry-Free Guarantee

At My Cruise Excursion, we understand that unexpected events can occur, especially during your cruise excursions. That's why we've implemented a Worry-Free Guarantee to offer you a hassle-free experience.

1. Worry-Free Guarantee for Cruise Excursions:
  • Guaranteed Return to Ship: If, through no fault or action of your own, you are not returned to the ship in time to board, we will arrange the necessary transport to the next port of call at our expense.
  • Full Refund in Case of Missed Port or Delay: If your ship misses a port of call or is delayed beyond the start time of your covered Worry-Free Shore Excursion, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Note: This guarantee only applies to excursions that mention the "Worry-Free Guarantee" in the "Overview" section of their description.

2. General Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the excursion date:
    • Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before the excursion date:
    • 50% refund of the total amount; the remaining 50% will be retained.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the excursion date:
    • No refund will be issued; 100% of the total amount will be retained.
