Before the Tour

You’ll receive detailed pickup instructions via email after booking. Most tours include pickup at the port or a nearby meeting point within walking distance.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the excursion for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
